Period of hire
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. To allow us time to prepare the barn between guests we ask that you arrive no earlier than 4.00pm and depart no later than 9.45am. However, if at all possible we will try to flexible.

The number of visitors staying in Meadow Barn must not exceed the agreed number stated at the time of booking. The maximum number of guests at any one time to sleep in Meadow Barn is 6.

Deep Fat Fryers
Please be aware that deep fat fryers are not allowed to be used at anytime in Meadow Barn.
Please be aware that candles are not allowed to be used at anytime in Meadow Barn, either inside or outside the premises.
Damage and breakages
The hirer is responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay.
Although the privacy of our guests is paramount, the owners reserve the right to enter the barn at any time should this be necessary and also reserve the right to ask hirer and their party to vacate the barn if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
Care of property
Guests should take all reasonable care of the property, its furniture, pictures and fittings and are asked to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
